• Community service hours you submit, including event names, dates, and descriptions
• Digital signatures provided by event sponsors at the time of submission
• Membership in honor societies at your school

• Your data is used solely to track and verify community service hours for honor society requirements
• Submissions and signatures are visible to the advisors of the societies you submit to
• The school's super admin can view all submissions across all societies
• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties

• Signatures drawn on this platform are stored securely and used only to verify the authenticity of service submissions
• By allowing a signature to be captured, the sponsor acknowledges the service hours described are accurate

• All data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted in the United States
• Accounts and data may be removed at the end of each school year at the discretion of the administrator
